The Pilates x Audrey method equips instructors with the tools to see movement clearly, cue effectively, and adapt exercises with confidence. Teachers are trained to understand the why behind each movement, not just the choreography.
Meet Audrey
Audrey’s movement background began with ballet at the age of two, eventually leading to a career as a professional ballet dancer. Pilates entered her training early (at eight years old) and quickly became a foundational part of how she understands and approaches movement.
By seventeen, Audrey had begun teaching, sharing the principles of alignment, control, and body awareness that shaped her own training. She later expanded her education as a certified personal trainer, integrating contemporary strength training with the structure and discipline of classical Pilates.
In 2025, Audrey founded Pilates x Audrey, a method rooted in classical Pilates and refined through a modern lens. Her work draws from the precision of ballet, the foundations of classical Pilates, and contemporary strength training to create movement that is both technically grounded and thoughtfully progressive.
